Well in my mind, in the future, we won’t need any more to call an ambulance and explain what happened how you feel and where you are. You just have to tell “Siri call an ambulance” and that’s it. Your life parameters from the smart health bracelet, the dynamic of the accident from your smart car or smart CCTV with facial recognition, your historical medical data from the cloud. At that time, probably your smart cloths will change to a bright colour in case you are in the streets and all your family will have been already notified of the all situation. In one minute, a drone will land next to you with all the exact equipment needed followed by a self-driving ambulance to carry you at the nearest facility. 

Well, this is just in my mind, but I think we all agree that sooner or later we will get there. It is not so futuristic to think that this scenario can actually become real since most of the things that I have just said already exist.

These applications of new technologies will revolutionize the way we handle emergency situations, and hopefully, they will help to save many life.
